If you want to order new / replacement parts, please click ‘order replacement parts’ below the image. And follow the following steps:

  1. Please click on “add to cart” when you have found the part that you want to replace
  2. Then go to your shopping cart and click; proceed to check out
  3. On the next page you fill in your personal details
  4. You can also upload your receipt on this page. We need this to assess whether your request is within the warranty period
  5. If you have filled out everything, click on “place order”
  6. We will then process your request. You will receive a reply from us within 48 hours
